These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vipinay.con ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the vipinay.con website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

Deposits:

• Each promotion is available for one claim per eligible Player. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the same or different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

vipinay.con does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, network failures, third-party payment processing delays, or any force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

vipinay.con is committed to supporting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm. In alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, we provide the following tools and measures:

• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against vipinay.con in bad faith.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account regulations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting vipinay.con support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML verification. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

vipinay.con reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or dispute resolution procedures — vipinay.con will notify registered Players via email or prominent in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, the dispute may be escalated to formal mediation or, if mediation is unsuccessful, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process.
